Because the play goes back and forth in time, the age of actresses playing MO and IVY can vary. It is suggested, however, that both actresses be approximately the same age.

All other parts are played by the COMPANY, comprised of three WOMEN and three men. If budget dictates seven salaries, the man playing JERRY can double. The following is a suggested breakdown of those parts:
