A Festival “First”

In the planning stages for several years, and in our dreams for decades, MainStreet Affiliates in ten cities will present the (first ever) first annual nationally coordinated three-show Festivals.  Festivals will feature the three 2014 MainStreet Award Winning musicals. 

MainStreet’s program - to evaluate, identify and regularly introduce brand new, highly regarded musicals into communities that present them live in concert - is unique.

Hal Linden Lends His Voice To MainStreet Musicals

MAINSTREET MUSICALS Inc. is a national consortium of theater professionals and their partners.  Utilizing an in-house program of professional script evaluation and a coordinated network of local theater festivals, MainStreet aims to expand regional exposure of new theatrical musicals, thereby stimulating development and production opportunities.

SUBMISSIONS: Submit a completed draft of your musical or opera to MainStreet Evaluations and receive two comprehensive, constructive Reports prepared by professional Directors, Music Directors and Choreographers; and to enter your show as a contestant in The MainStreet Awards competition.

You may pay by check made out to MainStreet Musicals and mailed to our office.  Be sure to write the name of your show on your check.
